Polo & Pie makes South Jutland stroopwafels of the extraordinary kind. At first it was ‘just’ an ordinary waffle and the traditional ‘Gode Råd’. In the meantime, Stroopwafelbageri has created a wide range of waffles, modern flavours and experimental variants. All are handmade with love and the finest ingredients. Traditional craft techniques are used in production.
Quality is the top priority for owner Pernille Schmidt Ernst Pedersen. She has adapted the concept from the Netherlands, where the waffles are served warm. Her guests can also enjoy them this way with optional toppings. The assortment ranges from timeless classics like caramel and cinnamon to innovative flavours like violet and cornflakes.
In addition, there is High Tea service, unique coffee varieties, tea, champagne, cocktails and much more.
