Nationally known chef from southern Jutland is the prime mover
Jesper Koch, known as a judge in Masterchef Denmark, is the driving force behind the restaurant Syttende. Jesper Koch attaches great importance to good and specially selected raw materials. We like to shop locally, and some of the areas where the ingredients come from can actually be seen up from the restaurant.
Together with his team, Jesper Koch creates an exquisite gourmet menu, to which guests can select wines from an exceptional wine list. Of course we also have Danish beer and cider, as well as a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
It is recommended that you book a table well in advance.
In 2021, Restaurant Syttende was awarded its first Michelin star.
