Toøren - the beach at Sundgade

Beach close to the city with lovely view over the Als Sund to Sønderborg Castle.

Dogs are allowed as it is not a Blue Flag beach, however, they must be kept on a lead from April to September for the sake of the wildlife.

Natura-2000 area
This beach is situated within the Natura-2000 area and the use of PWC´s (Jet-Boats) is NOT permitted. Read more about the rules in force here.
